At New Era Cap Australia, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, headwear must be returned in its original packaging to ensure it maintains its shape during transit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back into their original shipping box or a sturdy container to prevent the crown of the cap from being crushed during delivery.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
